Erica Lembo

Erica is originally from Tampa, Florida (Go Gators), she worked as a Fitness Supervisor at the campus recreation center. She has also taught indoor cycling classes at studios in both Tampa and Birmingham. When it comes to indoor cycling, it was love at first pedal! There's nothing better than turning the lights down low, turning up the music and getting lost in the ride. Erica is so excited to be a part of Steel Wheels and can't wait to see you on the bike!

Erica Lembo instructs the following:
  • Switzerland
  • Some challenging climbs, particularly in the second half. What do you expect, it's the Alps!

  • 2016
  • Interval cycling to the music that brings us back to 2016!

  • Lights
  • Interval cycling to music that will make you "light" up your watts!

  • Seaside

  • Africa
  • Showcasing the most beautiful regions of South Africa, this ride takes you on a safari through Kruger National Park, before heading down south along gorgeous Capetown coastline, as well as into the Stellenbosch wine country. Music features popular South African bands, as well as Africa-inspired music like Paul Simon's Graceland.

  • Dance
  • Won't stop....Can't stop dancing! This ride will keep you pedaling, featuring music that keeps you going, like: J.T., Daft Punk and much more!

  • 2017
  • This 2017 year in review contains a good amount of climbing, which is relatively moderate until the final steep hill. Occasional sprints are done at a light to moderate resistance, but for longer periods of time.

  • Arizona
  • Riding through the mountains of Arizona, Sedona and the Grand Canyon to some amazing 2002 music. Think Brittany, Justin and Daft Punk!

  • Big Sur
  • Wind around Oceanside cliffs on the most breathtaking road in the universe: The Pacific Coast Highway, Emphasis on hills with some sprint work mixed in.

  • Southern France
  • Wind through the mountains of Southern France and along the famous “Grande Corniche” high above France’s picturesque Cote du Azure. Plenty of challenging climbs but worth it for the scenery!
