This class is taught by:

Brittiny Pearson

I recently moved here from Madison, WI. I fell in love with indoor cycling three years ago when I took my first class at CYC in Madison and have faithfully been riding ever since. I became indoor cycling certified in August when I moved  to the St. Louis area and taught at a small studio until I found my role here at Steel Wheels. I'm Passionate about running, the typical outdoorsy things, and finding the best donut in every city I visit.

Britta Siegel

Britta is a certified ACE personal trainer and has been training, coaching and teaching classes for individuals and groups since 2007. Her clients, ranging in age from 16 to 91, have a wide variety of fitness goals and Siegel enjoys creating personalized training regimens to help them achieve their goals.

A decorated Class 1 cyclist, Siegel has a Level 2 Cycling Coach certification and serves as the Assistant Cycling Coach for Mary Institute Country Day School. Her honors include multiple Missouri Best All Around Rider titles for Pro, 1 and 2 categories and Missouri State Champion titles in Criterium and Road Racing. In 2016 she was a Liv cycling ambassador.

Britta is also a boot camp instructor.

A native of Sweden, Siegel lives in Clayton, MO with her three children, William, Erik and Emma and their very spirited but fit dog, Moose.

Erica Lembo

Erica is originally from Tampa, Florida (Go Gators), she worked as a Fitness Supervisor at the campus recreation center. She has also taught indoor cycling classes at studios in both Tampa and Birmingham. When it comes to indoor cycling, it was love at first pedal! There's nothing better than turning the lights down low, turning up the music and getting lost in the ride. Erica is so excited to be a part of Steel Wheels and can't wait to see you on the bike!

Bob Koplar

Bob is a recovering lawyer and astonishingly mediocre athlete. Bob discovered premium indoor cycling while living in New York, and gained a deep appreciation for its immense health benefits--turning Bob from a fat guy into a skinny guy. Alas, Bob gets bored easily and finds riding a bike in a dark room agonizing. This led Bob and his team to create Steel Wheels to ensure fitness would never be boring again.

Stephanie Weiskopf

Stephanie is a fitness enthusiast who fell in love with indoor cycling for its intensity and motivating soundtrack. She loves how each ride can empower someone and help them realize how strong they really are, both mentally and physically. Originally from Phoenix, with pitstops in Missoula and Seattle, she enjoys trying new restaurants, snuggling with pooch, Edgar, and playing Sudoku.

Carrie Cash

Carrie Cash has been a vital member of the cycling community for over a decade. She rides all around--often with her little Chihuahua (Javi) riding along in her backpack. From hitting the mountain bike trails to pushing it on a group road ride. Carrie seems to always have those legs spinning. Recently she received her IMBA (international Mountain Biking Association) Certification as a Level 1 guide/instructor. She also coaches new and experienced riders.

Carrie is incredibly passionate about the cycling community, she was even a co-founder of Team Revolution, an all levels women's cycling team. She is excited to be a part of the Steel Wheels Family--she loves introducing people to the joys of riding. On and off the bike, indoors and outdoors, you'll feel some of her contagious energy when you are around her. And in class, she'll push you to do your best--every time!

Andi Kolisch

Andi has always been athletically inclined, and much like the rest of her family (marathon runners, football and soccer players) has a tendency to push hard and give 100% to every workout. Her first indoor cycling class in college could not have gone worse, but she kept coming back for the challenge and the sweat and started instructing indoor cycling 4 years later in 2015. Looking back, she would have never guessed she would find herself on the guide bike.

Aside from cycling, she likes heavy weight-lifting, making friends with other people's pets, and Game of Thrones. #TeamTargayen

You can expect her rides to be high energy with the occasional bad joke (make sure you laugh, guides have feelings, too!), and her guide playlists full of pounding beats and screaming guitars.

Allison Pennock

Allie's love for indoor cycling began during graduate school. As a former collegiate athlete, she was looking for something to keep her accountable and help continue pushing herself. When attending her first cycling class (at 6am), she found herself surrounded by motivated, energetic people and was instantly hooked.

After 2 years as a class regular, she got certified and has been teaching cycling for 7 years. Her favorite things about indoor cycling and group fitness in general are forming relationships and getting the opportunity to help clients achieve their goals-from beginners to advanced riders.

Dill pickles are Allie's favorite food, and she has been rumored to have eaten on entire jar in one sitting on multiple occasions.

Claire Reinbold

Claire has been an avid cyclist for several years, but it all started because of indoor spin classes. She Connected with her inner-cyclist and hasn't looked back since. If there is a long distance charity event, she is likely to sign up and use those two wheels to make a difference. She loves the cycling community that forms both inside and outside. Claire has been teaching cycling classes for several years and loves seeing people realize how strong and powerful they can be. She firmly believes that bikes can take you places-in more ways than one!

Tracy Steinhauser

Tracy was born and raised in St. Louis, but her work as an architect lead her to California. She spent 10 years in California where she discovered her love of biking, which eventually drew her to teach at DNA Spin Studio in Ventura, CA. She joined the Steel Wheels team in Feb 2018 and has loved getting to know the Steel Wheels family and being a part of the studio. Tracy enjoys road biking and mountain biking and especially likes the high energy group rides of an indoor cycling class. Tracy is a Mad Dogg Certified Spin Instructor and believes Spinning should be fun, but also inspire one to push their limits. She keeps the challenge of the ride present and encourages everyone to make each class their best ride yet.
